Opening hours
The Embassy will be open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday except for public holidays.
Consulate business hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
The opening hours of visa client service counter will be:
For General Public:
9:00am ~ 12:00pm, Monday to Friday
For Approved Couriers:
2:00pm ~ 4:00pm,
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Visa Applications may be lodged in person at the Visa Office from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon Monday to Friday.
Telephone enquiries can be made to the office from Monday to Friday between 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm. Recorded information can be accessed 24 hours.
