All applications for Student Visas by citizens of the People's Republic of China (PRC) who are normally resident in the PRC or New Zealand, and who are applying outside Australia, must be lodged with the DIAC Office in Adelaide. Please note: Once a student Visa has been granted, the Shanghai Visa office can assist you by evidencing your visa. If you are a student from the People's Republic of China you will require a visa label in your passport in order to exit China.
