Passport Fees
The level of passport fees is set under the Australian Passports Act.
Fees are revised on a monthly basis.
Fees are payable in Chinese RMB only.

Payment by mail
Applicants intending to apply by mail should check with the Embassy to ensure the fee forwarded is valid for that month. Payment can be made in cash or by postal money order.
If applying by mail, you have the option to pay the fee by postal money order ( 邮政汇款 youzheng huikuan ).

If paying by postal order, you should be aware that the funds paid may take up to two weeks to be forwarded by the Chinese postal service and the Embassy cannot begin processing your application until the fee has been received and the application approved by the Embassy/ Consulate.
