Bio

Elliot The Bull formed in 2009 with all members having been in previous bands with one another. After playing locally and non stop demoing the band were picked up by American band Lydia to play tour support on their “Goodbye & Farewell” 2010 Australian tour, which saw the guys play to their biggest audiences yet, and gain fans and friends across the country.

The Bulls’ self-titled first EP was completed and released, as a free online download, in April 2011 and they set off on tour across Australia, once again playing main support for a US band, this time as guests of New York act, As Tall As Lions. Upon return, it was straight back into the studio for more writing and recording, with producer Lachlan Mitchell (The Jezabels).

August 2012 saw Elliot the Bull play their first international tour, landing eagerly in Shanghai and completing an intense 9-show tour of the country in just 12 days. With 2 festival appearances (Ningbo City Road Music Festival and Midi Festival Guiyang) and 7 club shows, the band made a huge impact on the enthusiastic Chinese crowds.

In 2013, a year of writing and recording saw Elliot The Bull develop even more, emerging as a 4-piece with a fresh, refined sound. The lead single of their third EP is the brilliant song \'Colourblind\'. The rich melodic track invites you on an epic journey into a fantasy-like world of grand proportions, revealing the imagination of four close friends that will have you hypnotized from start to finish.

May, 2014 will see Elliot the Bull return to China for another whirlwind tour, once again targeting the emerging club scene along with another show at renowned MIDI festival.
