Where to Apply
All applicants applying for Adoption Visas, should apply at the Australian Consulate General in Shanghai.
Applicants for all other Child subclasses living in the following provinces should apply at the Australian Consulate General in Shanghai:
• Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Hebei, Shandong, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Henan, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang and Tibet.
Applicants for all other Child subclasses living in the following provinces should apply at the Australian Consulate General in Guangzhou:
• Guangdong, Fujian, Hunan, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, and Hainan.
Applying by Mail
Applying by Mail
If you reside in China and wish to apply for a Child Migration visa by mail, please send your application and supporting documentation by mail to the appropriate Visa Office at the address listed on the Contact Us page.
Applying In-Person
If you reside in China and wish to apply for a Child visa in-person, please attend the appropriate Visa Office during client service counter hours.
